Fatherhood & Mentoring

The Fatherhood and Mentoring Program focuses on developing positive relationships between fathers, mentors, and young people. Through mentorship activities, workshops, and community engagement, the program helps guide youth toward productive and successful futures.

Many young people benefit tremendously from consistent guidance and positive role models. Mentoring can improve academic performance, build self-confidence, strengthen decision-making skills, and encourage personal responsibility.

For Omega Psi Phi, mentoring represents one of the most direct ways we can influence future generations. Every young person who receives encouragement and support today becomes a potential leader tomorrow.

Phi Beta Beta invests in the next generation through mentoring, leadership development, and positive role modeling. By building meaningful relationships with young men and supporting fathers throughout the community, we help develop confident leaders who embrace responsibility, integrity, and service.
