Reclamation & Retention

The Reclamation and Retention Program focuses on maintaining active membership while reconnecting with brothers who may have become inactive over time. Every Omega man brings unique experiences, skills, and perspectives that can strengthen the fraternity.

A chapter that successfully retains and reclaims members expands its capacity to serve the community. Additional volunteers, mentors, professionals, and leaders increase the fraternity’s ability to execute impactful programs and initiatives.

For Omega Psi Phi, this program reinforces the lifelong nature of brotherhood. Membership does not end after initiation. Every brother remains an important part of the fraternity’s mission and success.

Phi Beta Beta actively strengthens the Brotherhood by welcoming inactive brothers back into chapter life through fellowship, mentorship, and meaningful service opportunities. We believe every Omega man has gifts to contribute, and we foster an environment where lifelong participation and brotherhood continue to flourish.
